Push down and turn (i wanna say counter-clockwise) and it should pop right off. Also let the car sit for an hour or 2 before you try.

ya ill probably try doin it tomorrow since i have work now. But once i get the radiator cap off what should i look for?

IDK what do you want the cap off for? lol

I assumed you wanted to put coolant in that way, then the overflow then bleed through the thermostat...

lol ya thats what i wanted to do. I was told it could maybe be a bad thermostat

I remember in your old post that your car won't let the temperature go past halfway? that's the 195 mark, which means your thermostat is opening properly.

But if you wanna spend $6 just to see, go for it.

alright well im gonna try and fill my radiator see if that helps what coolant should i use?

ok i got some 50/50 and now i cant get the radiator cap off. I turn it counter clockwise it does a little then thats it. I try to pull up on it and it wont budge

IDK what to tell you...

If your engine is cold it should pop right off. What does the cap say to remove? Or try your owner's manual. I don't have any books with me at work today.

i never got a manual. But the cap has like 3 metal parts that are like holding onto the tube the cap screws into.

Edit-well i got it off and my radiator is full
