damn i don't know where yall live at but in detroit these 7th gen monte carlo's aren't that rare. SS or not it seems like everyone has them

 

DON'T settle. Choose every option you want cause most likely it'll be a while before any changes are made cause of payments.

Here in DFW are 7th gens are RARE. You may see an SS once a month if your lucky.

 

i had to choose between a red one and black one (only two for sale within 75 miles of me!). For me, i just had a red 02SS, so i wanted to change it up, i picked black, i wanted the red because it stood out, BAM! its there, but im glad i got the black because its just so, MEAN looking! its under the radar until you are up next to it, then it just looks so AWESOME!

Here is a Corvette in Victory Red. I really like both colors. The Precision Red is slightly darker but IMO both are very nice colors.

 

I wouldn't settle for something that is not your first option unless you found an amazing deal on the red one, you'll just want the black monte more afterwards

 

i like the red. i have a victory red 6th gen. i don't seem to get TOO much attention, but that's just me. if you would rather have a different color, then wait. don't do it just because it's a good deal and you want an SS. get a black one if you want black. get a white one if you want white. don't just say whatever about it.

 

It seems like there is a lot of talk about the difference in reds. Maybe this will help.

Theres always the Black amethyst like mine. Somewhat rare on the 07's. Like 217 made. Not another one around here that I have seen.
