So I finally got to put my Monte in her first car show on Wednesday

This guy apparently thought he was cool too. He parked it like 6 feet from the curb behind him, left it in neutral I guess, it started rolling back and some guy yelled to him as he was walking away from it that it is rolling and he said "it will park itself" as it slammed into the curb!

I'm thinking that was likely a Monte that was wrecked from the rear. It's obviously all pieced together with parts from multiple sources. Including custom made panels. But, what I want to know is this...
How in the hell does that qualify as a historic vehicle? Judging by the plates, the New Jersey DMV thinks this qualifies as a historic vehicle???
