I put my Monte in her first car show on Wednesday in Allentown, NJ! There were almost 80 cars there. She was the only Monte there. I ended up winning a free wheel alignment as a door prize! It was sweltering hot that day! Was watching them announce show winners to find out they only had a category for best antique, best modified, and best in show, that was it! 3 trophies! All 3 went to 1930's and 1940's cars. Why bother getting a number if my kind and most of us aren't being judged? lol Anyway it was donation asked, no entry fee. Doesn't matter anyway, I think my Monte is beautiful.....and sexy!!!! Here are some pics of her there....

If it was a judged car show, why didn't the cars have their hoods and trunks opened. You get points off for that (unless it's participant judging - then people just vote for what they like).

 

It was a judged show, not participant one. And if you had anything other than a 1930's or 1940's car, you weren't judged at all. No category for us. (refer to my paragraph in beginning). Plus I took these pics at various times of the show. Some early, some in middle, some later after judging, etc...
