Default Brand of gas

I was just curious as to what brand of gas everyone uses. I've used shell for the past 4 years and Shell Vpower since I've had our 04 supercharged. I use to drive 100 miles round trip daily and played around with different brands of gas and believe it or not found shell gave the best fuel millage and the car ran better on it

...Shell & Sunoco has never failed in any auto/van/vehicle that I've had/driven....It is like gold in 2days market....$ & the future prediction is that it will rise again in price after our recession...So one must `drive & enjoy ...

I got shell once, and my car didn't seem to act right with it...

I'm sure it was just a bad tank, but it's kept me away. Also in my area Shell is the most expensive. I usually find myself at a Sunoco or a BP. They are right next to each other, so I grab the cheaper one at the time. And if they are the same price, I go to BP because it's easier to get in / out of the station

I usually go with Sunoco Ultra 94 octane. Even got the performance points card.

I have used Shell occasionally. But noticed a decrease in performance. Plus, there are so few Shell stations around here, and they're not conveniently located to me.

Gas stations here in town all keep the exact same price as each other. And they ALL change their price at the exact same time. No matter what company. Sunoco, Shell, independants, ALL OF THEM. Can you say "price fixing"?

I used to use Costco gas ALL the time because it was cheap, and I have a Costco membership...( I figured their gas as actually pretty good, because you know damn well Costco Wholesale does not make their own gas, they buy it from one of the major oil companies..) I NEVER had any bad luck with Costco gas. Not to mention there is a truck there daily filling up the tanks, because literally people wait in line for the gas cause its like 30-40 cents per gallon cheaper than the "name brand" places...So you know its fresh when they are getting new gas everyday.

Now I use Chevron ALL the time because the company gas card I have is a Chevron card, and you can only use it at Chevron or Texaco, and around here we dont have many Texaco stations, they are all Chevrons...But Chevron is literally the most expensive freakin gas out here, that and Shell usually. I've always had good luck with Chevron gas too...

I can't tell a difference from one brand to another in performanc or gas milage though.
