I think the red on the car (interior, calipers, pinstripe) does help to break up the black. Black and red work well together which is partially why I went red on my engine cover. The window tint will look great on it. There is a point when there is too much black but I don't think you're there yet. If you were to smoke the headlights and tail lights, then yes that'd be a little overkill; one reason I haven't done that to mine and won't. The murdered out look just makes some cars look fake, although part of that depends on how well it was done.

I have been thinking of going black (or a medium tone "charcoal") for wheels at some point. Not really sure, it's still just a thought and consideration at this point.

Now you need to paint the rotor hats, the rust just pops

The painted rims do look good though

I am a fan of the black rims and tint.

Not a fan of the red pinstripe or red calipers, if you're going black, stay all black.

I have already painted the rotor hats as you called them. Learned something today!
Thanks for sticking up for me Space! I know everyone has their opinions and I appreciate any input. I do not get mad when someone doesn't like what I have done. We are all different. The dealer had already sprayed my rims when I got the car, so my thought was - I can always re-spray them back to stock. Most people didn't like my trading the Mustang for this. I did like the Stang..Have some regrets but don't we all.

I will post a picture this weekend of the wifes Impala. Got her letters done all yellow on tires and she wanted her calipers in yellow. We got two done last night. It does POP. But she too needs a window tinting.
