That's awesome...thinking about modeling my upgrade plan after yours.

Will the turbo wear out your engine quickly? What kindof modifications can you do to help prevent that?

Supposedly the bottom end can take boost no problems. The weak points will probably be the transmission and if I push it and the plastic UIM may present a problem. But honestly, I purchased a second car JUST in case I do run into a big problem.

Alrighty. Sounds like what I should do is not get too deep into power boosting like turbo/SC until I either have some extra money to play with or a spare car.

Honestly my first transmission went when I was still stock.

Just try to keep up with routine maintenance, don't drive your car like an idiot, and know that a used transmission installed with a 1-year warranty should cost around $700-$800
