Opinion Needed: Asking Price for my 06 SS ?

Asking Price for my 06 SS ?
I'm going to need a small pickup or minivan for work, so I need to sell my Monte SS . Even if I had enough money to keep it, I don't have enough room in the driveway
So, I'm wondering what it's worth or at least opinions on what I should ask for it?
Bought new here in Ajax, April 2006, ordered it with every option except sunroof. Now 230,000 km's with a lot of highway driving.
Alpine cd in dash with digital proc & 6 pack cd in trunk. Kicker subs, pioneer 6x9's and Hertz MLE's in the doors, pioneer amps.
Bluetooth hands free & iPod adapters.
Original 18" wheels have Dunlop snow tires 1/2 worn
Summer wheels are 18x8 AR Casino with Nitto 555's, almost new.
Transmission rebuilt February 2013 by Dave at Triple Edge Performance with new rad and external trans cooler, plus he did steering rack, front stabilizer and hoses.
Last year I did plugs, wires, coils, MAP, MAF sensors.
Tuned by Will at Overkill
Body and interior good and clean, but showing a little rust on front of rear fenders. It's been RustCheck every year.
Shocks were a few years ago, KYB Excel. Brakes are ATE Premium.
So, any idea what I should ask? Or tips on selling would be appreciated.

Private sale i would think 10K... and prepare to bargain down... unless you are selling to a Monte enthusiast but a person off the street won't pay that much
Dealers do not consider your mods with a trade in. I once investigated trading in the Deuce for a Camaro
My Deuce on Kelly blue book came up at 7K was very disappointed.
Mine has no rust and never driven in the winter
I do have her insured at Haggerty for 25k
Edit...........I just checked again this morning on kelly Blue Book Deuce came up at $10,800 - Private sale of course trade in would be less
My entries where.....
2006 Monte SS
80K miles
Excellent condition
Leather seats
Mp3 player Multi disk
so maybe start your negotiating at 12K? prepare to bargain down to a non Monte enthusiast
Mine has no rust or rust repair

Shoot Dave at TEP an email, and let him know that you are selling the car. If he offers any type of warranty on the trans, and if that warranty is tranferrable.
That could be a nice negotiating point if you are trying to sell it and the person is haggling down.
Most mods won't help you sell it. You might be better off trying to sell the winter tires / rims, separately.
It's a shame you have to let it go, but best of luck on the sale!!! She is a real beauty

I think at 10k you will sit on it for a while, people will look at a car with over 200k miles as a chancy buy as most components are nearing or have reached their expected life cycle. Perhaps at $7500 you would move it quicker, guess it depends on how fast you need to act. Thats just my opinion after looking at other 06's on the net and seeing some in the $6500 range.

Yes definitely, Mel it would My price was for the 48854 area (Lansing)
I guess why is because of local economy, local market tolerances and weather conditions

Thank you all for your opinions.
Kelly blue book doesn't do Canada. I ran it with a Buffalo postal code, converted my 230,00 Km's to 143,000 miles and it came up with 6,573 when I put in very good condition.
I need more than that, so I think I'll list it at 8'000 and see what happens.

It might be clean, but with almost 150k miles it'll probably be a tough sell. You'll really have to work for it i think. I'd say starting at $8k is pretty good, prepare to be talked down alot though.
