Anyone willing to help me out =]
Sooo pretty much this is how it is...
got this 04 supercharged monte carlo that is pretty much all stock besides the red stripe and red calipers...
won two awards at a car show back in april (((best in show and 2nd in the stock '80 and newer behind a 09 challenger r/t)))...decided that i'm gonna make my baby a show car...but i need some ideas to help give her a lil more spark ya know...
these are my ideas so far...
Exterior:
-custom made "in memory of dale senior" decal for either behind the passenger windows or on them, which would be better?
-tinted windows
-painted buffed, touched up, re-polished and waxed
-paint the bowties on the wheels red like the SS and calipers
-license plate filler
-possibly get a clear bra to help keep the bugs off after I get the paint touched up as long as it is removable
-maybe get the windshield decal that says monte carlo in the nascar lettering
Interior:
-re-dye the leather seats
-get dale senior floormats, seat covers, and steering wheel cover (if i can find all that, if not then just monte carlo ss floormats)
-get the "monte carlo" on the door sills painted red
-get new steering wheel radio control buttons
Misc:
-repaint the supercharger cover the same
-get dale sr or SS trunk lid panel
-want to find a panel for underneath the trunk but can’t find any =[
-K&N cold air intake
-3.2 pulley for supercharger
-magnaflow mufflers
-lowering it about an inch or two...idk i cant really decide on that
And that’s pretty much all I have for now. If you guys could help voice your opinion on these ideas or have better ones and such could you please let me know. I’d love to hear what you guys think. Thanks!
ah! i was gonna put some recent pics up on this thread of it but idk how to yet lol.

Definitely do the repainting and buffing up. Are the letters, "Monte Carlo" on the side and back written in black? Because if they are you could touch that up to white, it really helps the car stand out more. If you're not worried about keeping a completely stock appearance check out www.pfyc.com they sell a replacement hood with a hood scoop in it, very hot looking I think. That site also sells, "SuperSport" stainless steel decals, I'm thinking about buying those and putting them on the side of the hood scoop for mine. If you can get some new shiny and chrome tips, that would help. Also, I don't know if it was 2005 or 2004, but in one of those years they upgraded the SS to 17 inch rims, make sure you have those. The Monte Carlo lettering on the top of the windshield looks good, I think. Make sure you have some nice thick looking tires to accompany this sports car. And about lowering the car? Go 1 inch, 2 inches would be a bit excessive I think. But when you do that you have to buy the premium KYB adjustable struts, run about $550, along with anti-pogo washers, otherwise the ride of the car will suck. For the exterior, that's about all I can suggest, just keep 'er clean.

Hi Brittany,
Do you have covered parking or a garage ?
It's so difficult to keep a Monte Carlo clean
in Florida. (The sun can cause many problems `if it
is in the Sun all day
.The cost, and time can be consuming
to keep, & show a car. If I had your AweSome
Monte, I would love to share it with the world 2 : )
I suggest doing your homework on cost, so that
your Monte does not own you, & controls your `life.
It's difficult enjoying a super ride if it owns you, and
your don't have the funds to go & have `fun

You should just enter you Monte, & stand next to
it & smile
, and I know you would win : )Like your plan, & I hope everything works out
the way you want. I would contact `MouSe
for his paint man & get a estimate.
Good Luck on your project & in life.
Oh, School 2 : )

I have the letters “supercharged ss” on the side in silver and red. Then on back I got “monte carlo ss” on the back in black and red. Thanks I’ll most def look into that hood scoop and decals and see what I think about it. It’s probably 04 because my wheels are 17 and I love them so I’m not planning on replacing them, just maybe painting the bowtie in the middle red but idk about that yet it may look weird. I have the goodyears on them now and they look really good on it whenever they are clean lol. Good point. Yeahh lowering might be a lil later on then. I forgot about all that. =/

No I don’t right now =[ I’m planning on buying a really nice car cover for it though until I get the money to pay the extra 90 bucks a month to rent out a garage at my apartment complex. Yeahh I’ve heard that, so I’m just gonna play it by ear and take it one day at a time and see where I go with it. I mean it is my daily driver right now so unfortunately it wont be able to be that top quality show car until I get another daily driver. And thanks for the compliment! Lol nice space, at the car show I won I was barely around my car and I still won so maybe that would work =D but thanks for the ideas and suggestions guys! I really appreciate the help =]
heyy! new idea! i got a friend whos best friend who could probably make a replica of dale senior's car (((kinda like the junior car on here))) in the ghost paint...sooo what do you guys think about that??? or should i stick to the original plan???
