Maybe try contacting Coverking out of Anaheim, CA. I had some custom seat covers made for my previous car (included covers for the headrests), and they fit like a glove.

I spent some time looking for headrests too but never found anything. I'd like to cover those hideous earnhardt headrests I have.

If you don't like the Earnhardt headrest, maybe a trade with someone with who'd like to swap out their plain headrests for your Intimidator headrests?

Just a thought.
