is there any body in here that lowrides their monte? just wanna know cus i do and low-rod as well... and if you do then please state your car and club if any...thanks...Spumonte Carlow

Naw man, no lowriders here, most of the guys are NASCAR fans so that's the look they go for. I used to be a lowrider, then I got into imports, and now im doing my domestic thing. But lord willing, I'll be back in the lowrider scene when I am able to get my 69 Olds 442, I gotta have it sittin' on 17" D's w/vogues[8D]

 

Lowriding my Monte is not my thing and I certainly don't want to go for that "NASCAR" look, since I am not a fan of NASCAR. I'll dig a lowrider if it is done tastefully, but as I said, it is not my thing. I just can't see me throwing on a set of 13-inch chrome 100-spokes or 18 to 20-inch wheels on my 76. 15-inch is the way to go for me. Its either going to be the Rally wheels w/ white letter tires, which I have now, OR back to my old wheels which are chrome 15x7 American Racing wire-basket wheels w/ white walls.

 

lol... I am not sure who Rich is talking about but I am not a NASCAR fan. I find it pretty darn boring actually. Just my opinion of course.

 

I saw a Monte Carlo funny car.......now that was cool.
