Angels have BIG Front Loaders
Well, I tried to go into the shop this morning to try to catch up on work after a rough week. We got SNOW overnight, about 6" here, but more in the Sturgis area. It had stopped snowing when I drove my Monte to work (I COULD have driven the Z71, but NO!) I got 1 block from the shop, and the road in front of me wasn't plowed, in fact it had a 2 ft. bank of snow blocking the road. So I went around and came in the other way. The road was plowed part way (to an airport drive), but from there it wasn't.
I made it about 200ft, and that was it. One block from the shop, and I was stuck in the middle of the road! After some rocking, I managed to turn the car around and made it about 100 ft back. But that was it. After a good 45 minutes, I walked the 1 block back to the main road where a contractor with a BIG Cat front loader with a 12 ft snow blade was clearing the parking area of Abbott Labs. I asked him if it would be possible to go up the one block and clear the road for me so I could get out. He said was done with what he was doing and said "No Problem, Sure!" So I climbed in, and he plowed the road to my car, and after a few minutes I was out of the deep stuff. I asked him how much I owed him, and he replied "Nothing"!
WOW! I was EXTREMELY happy with that, told him a big "Thank You, God Bless You, and Have a Nice Day" and we were both on our way.
Thank you to the man with the BIG Cat front loader for being so kind. Angels DO have BIG front loaders!

Sometimes the HE operators are people too and dont mind. Ive had to do a few poor stranded folk a favor like that when I take the Case 820E out to play.
