As I read over the list I find myself saying yes a lot.

 

lmao im just like you guys!

am i the only one that the rubber cup holder gets stuck to my drinks?
am i the only one who wished that all the headrests came with some bowtie or SS badging?
am i the only one that gets annoyed when someone slams the car door?
am i the only one that dies a little on the inside when they discover a new little scratch?
am i the only one who accidentally hits the seat warmers and doesnt realize until it started burning your butt?!

 

Am I the only one that pulls up to something reflective ( A glass building, a bus over hang with the plexiglass panels) and stare at the reflection when stopped at a red light?

Am I the only one who goes out and buys a brand new 2005 GTO and keep it outside while my 6 year old monte stays in the garage and still do till this day?

Am I the only one who pays quite a bit of money to make my monte a tad fast, when i coulda spent half as much on making the GTO lots faster?

Ditto. I'm the only one allowed to do basically anything in my Monte. I figure that since I'm the one that cleans it and pays for upkeep, if I want to drink something and risk spilling it, it's mine, so I can.

I only close my trunk by the black strap thingy inside, and I lift it underneath the lid, people always want to grab the spoiler to open it.

I clean behind the gas door and the lip that the door sits into, I clean the wheels wells and even the little spot where the rockers meet the wheel wells and the water pools up. Although when I go to the grocery store I don't park in the next county like most people.


Am I the only one that removes the headlights, tail lights, fog lights, spoiler, license plates, etc to give the Monte a good wash after Winter?

 

I've been in love with 2005 6.0 GTO's for so long, if I owned one I think the monte would have to be my DD. I love my monte with all my heart but a GTO is just too sweet for me! I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this forum, but that's just my I suppose.

 

I love my GTO but itll nvr replace my monte lol

 

when i bought my monte it had a broken air box clip. so 5 mos later it still has a few clothes pin spings stretched to clamp it closed. hopefully build a cai this saturday so dont plan on fixing it further.

 

i have said yes to alot of these. light staring at the reflection on a building or another shiny car. I have friends that open my trunk by my spoiler. it makes me so mad.

 

I HATE WHEN THEY SLAM ANYTHING ON MY MONTE!!!
