Default Almost got my monte buttoned up

In the last 6 months I've replaced all 4 wheel hubs, both axles, tie rod ends, sway bar links, control arm bushings, ball joints, lateral links and the trailing arm bushings, all of which are moog or timken. Got new tires this afternoon, while they had it on the lift they said my front drivers brake line looked like it might be leaking, but with all of the tranny fluid and grease i got everywhere i didnt think anything of it. Took it for a cruise and it hadnled like a dream, better than when i bought it if my memory is still right.

Unfortunately once i pulled back into my garage i got a flashing red screen that said Low Brake Fluid, shoulda listened to the tech lol. Hopefully I'll be fixing that this weekend if i can find some money in my couch lol. I was wondering if anyone here has used the stainless lines ZZP offers, are they worth the money/wait or should i just pick up some wearevers?

It was the flexline that is leaking (not the metal line)?

I have the Goodridge stainless braided lines on my Monte. Honestly, I did it more for show. I do think they stiffened the brake a tad, but considering I put the same rotors/pads on the wife's Impala, I notice very little change (and the change between the Monte and the Imp could be the mileage on the Imps lines and calipers, granted, I rebuilt the rear two calipers when I did the brakes).

Honestly, unless you are getting the stainless lines for "show" or you are trying to beef the brakes every area you can..... Stock spec rubber flex lines are fine.

well i went ahead and bought a wearever line. Had hell gettin the old one out, had to pull out the vice grips. Now everything seems to be going smooth. Gotta get a camber kit for my back drivers side and rebuild the tranny some time in the next year, then she should be good until 2024!
