Air conditioning disconnecting?=More Power Yes or No

If so how much HP?

Well... yes. Any time you reduce the strain on a motor, you will gain power but there is more too it than that. Its not just a matter of pulling the plug on the compressor. You must bypass it IE re-rout the belt so that it is no longer being turned. On older cars this was simple but on newer cars with a serpentine belt set-up, it is a bit more of a challenge.

The "extra load" of the A/C pulley isn't worh worrying about it. The only time it sucks any noticeable amount of power is when you have the A/C running. Otherwise it is a free wheeling pulley with nearly no drag - don't worry about it
