How does this Knight Shield (from an '87 MC Luxury Sport) look? Just taped on for the picture.

 

I feel it is needed it is the only gen that didn't have any dustin(augi) put 6th gen on his

thinking about it i don't think the 7th gen doens't have anything either

just be carefull god knows people like to take them as bling for thier necklace

 

I like it. I may replace my little chrome GM pieces with the crest.

Justin, if someone wants to steal an emblem I took off of a junkyard car, that I didn't pay anything for, let 'em! Haha.

 

I never thought of that... A couple of Monte gens missing the signature crest.... Dang, that's lame.
Granted, some people like to debadge their rides, but I think the knight's crest is PART of the Monte Carlo, and there HAS to be one somewhere....

 

When I de-badged I only took the Monte Carlo script off (mainly because it was various colors and busted by the previous owner) but I didn't touch my knight's crest... I think it's necessary, really.

 

^^^Definitely. I may even just add it to my engine cover. It is an integral part of the marque that CANNOT be deleted.

 

I like that, 3M tape works well, I used that on my Autobot Transformer emblems on my Monte (see my garage). Not easy for someone to arbitrarily rip off either!

had the same question. gen 5? i thought it said GS not G5.
