well i need to know how hard i is to take the floor out and put in a new one i didn't do it to my cutlass and now i payed the price for that but it was to dam much i got the floor pan from my buddy for $200 but for the guy to install it was throw the roof. now i am doing a frame off on my sons ss i sent out the frame to get sandblasted and painted so having the floors redone by a (pro) is out my budget for know so is it worth doing it my self or should i wait till i can get it in my budget any and all input welcome

Have a welded? If so it takes some time but verry doiable

taking it out isnt overly hard. a cutoff wheel or if ur independently wealthy a plasma cutter will cut it out. welder to put a new one in. if your body isnt perfect i would dump it and pick up another one though. they made a million 4th gen montes. swap your nose, motor, fenders and vins. probably be easier.

yes and that's what i am thinking but then i dont what to be caught in the middle of it telling my self what type of **** did i get my self in to you get what i mean.

How bad is the floor pan ? The floor pan in my 1940 just needed some patches welded ..

just driver side and both rear passenger sides are really bad i flint stone it some times haha that bad i think there was a leak at some point in the wind shield just because of the way the rust is
