Rating the value of a classic car can be tough. A car in need of restoration, or in mid restoration, is even tougher to nail down a value.
I think you'll need to find out what the value of the car is if it was complete and running, then go down from there.

it's not worth any real money because it's not complete. no eng. or tranny. the money people or collecters want a number matching car. i seen a guy give one of my buddies $20,000. for a 427 block.it matched the numbers of a 67 4 speed corvett he was restoring. $15,000. car non numbers $100,000.numbers matching
