And.....

I was thinking. Couldn't someone just buy the projector housing and cut a hole for it in our existing housing for it? I have seen just the little tube with the glass bulb for the projector. Hmmmm

Getting the angle and everything lined up right would be the real challenge.

The idea of having projectors is possible but the idea of halos also is probably way too far out there. Custom projectors have been made but no halos, I think its just mainly because the way our 6th Gen headlights are made, a circular halo just wouldn't fit in

I was thinking if you took a hole saw and got the angle and size right, you could just put those in your existing housings. The projector lamps from the above link are already halos. Getting the angle of the lamp and how to secure it in the hole might be an issue.

It would be a lot of work, but something like this:

There are 4 videos to watch but he does a nice job.

I would get them, I want a set for my 02 Cad DTS too but the only place that does them does a full retrofit with bi-xeon projectors from an RSX / TSX and want $1000 to do it. http://blackflamecustoms.com/product...adlights-p-113
I have been toying with the idea of doing the retrofit myself on the Monte since it sits all winter anyways....
So I may end up buying the projectors from them and doing the retrofit in the Monte.

I contacted them about getting some Halo Projector Headlights made for our Monte's, i got a pretty quick response stating that the idea has been sent through to their development team.

In the email I let them know that I know plenty of people that would be interested in getting a pair of these headlights and I thought it would be a good thing for them to take a look into.

After the return email, I am starting to feel kind of good about this idea possibly making an influence in their production lines.

So what I am asking of you guys is, if you could send me email addresses, with names or anything showing that you would be interested in some Halo Projector Headlights, I will gather them all up together and send them into IPCW, to possibly get through to them and let them know that some people are definately interested.

Also if anyone has done photoshop work to make some Halo Projector Headlights that would like to share it with engineers or just the community here please do.

Thanks to everyone!

i just recently bought the tail lights that you have in your first post, but they dont connect on to my 2007 stock connectors.. whats should i do???

Not resurrect such an old post that has nothing to do with the tail lights :p

Also, contact the company and ask them to send you the correct set of tails. You probably got them for the 2000-2005 and not your 06/07, because I believe there are separate plugs.

do you think i could just take the connectors off and splice the wires correctly together without a connector?

I don't see why you should do any modifications, the company sent you the wrong one. On the 06/07 I think the turn signal switch is built into the tail switch, and on the 00-05 it's a separate harness.

Just email the company and tell them you have an 06
