Lazy, lazy, won't even retype his mods....lol j/k. Hey myself and a friend of mine fabbed up some brackets for the GM strut tower braces...I'm too cheap to get a ZZP brace set. Besides...these are much stronger. lol.

Yeah that color looks good on our gen's. Mine is bright red, another good color. GM performance parts makes strut tower braces that connect to the strut towers in your engine bay and in your trunk. They stiffin up the steering and really improve handling. I bought a set, and love them. The ONLY downfall is that to mount them, you need to drill into the strut tower, which I didn't want to do. So, ZZ Performance makes a bracket kit that bolts to existing bolts in the strut tower and then bolts to the brace. I'm too cheap to buy those so my friend and I fabbed up 1/4" steel brackets that bolt to the existing bolts on the strut tower and to the strut tower brace. My car is STIFF now. It is ridiculous how well it handles with these strut tower braces. (STB's)

What's the price range for the off brand and the name brand, if it improves the handlin I might want to get some installed, because I hate the wide turn radius of the 5th generations.

The STB won't improve your turning radius, it reduces body roll and improves handling like rys said

Our cars even tracking straight down the road will sometimes float side to side...this STB has eliminated that completely.
