How will i go about testing my headlight/high beams with a multimeter. What should they read....

I have no head lights or highbeam power.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.....
Also how do you safely pull the little plastic cover from they steering column

Thank you, hey when you open your hood(and your standing at the grill) do your hood latches bend towards or away from you????

 

Hmmmm good question. I believe it is away from me. Now you know I will go right home and pop my hood just to be sure!!!! LOL also consulting my pics I have here on the computer...hahaha
Now if you are talking hood HINGES...those are towards me

 

I stand corrected. My hood latch catches left to right and it hooks to the right

 

So if i where standing facing the grille whould they poke in or away. . Thanks

 

hood latch is left to right with the hook of the latch pointing to your right as you face the grill.
Now the hood hinges (the pivot points) would poke towards you (toward the front of the car)

Do you by chance have the fuse box info stating fuse amp rating and what they power?
