When I went looking for my Monte in '08, people asked big dollars for Montes with high miles then. It's a variety of reasons, such as thinking if it's a special package or an SS that it should command a high dollar, it also does not help that KBB I think is rating some cars a bit high.
First, I would say, compare that SS to other comparable cars found on Craigslist and AutoTrader and your local classifieds in the newspaper. Also, do a KBB on the car.
With out any research, due to the miles, that sounds high to me. I'd expect that price on an '07 SS with 100K not 150K. I'm guessing closer to $5000 for it. But again, this is just a gut feeling, zero research behind it.

not knowing the prices of vehicles in the states, here is one close to my area 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS the price, in my opinion is ridiculously high for the car in the link, but it puts up a good case for the one your looking at.
