Default 2006 chevy monte carlo ls...r.i.p.
Drunk girl driving down my street 45+ MPH loses control of her rice trash car and runs right into the back of my car smashing it into bits. Car is a complete loss. I only had her for 3 months and I was just about to start fixing her up. Freaking drunk b**** ruined my whip. Now to look for a new one. Rest in peace Marissa.

sorry to hear that you know you could sue her for loss of wages do to her totalling out your car while she was drunk. it is a simular law of horse steeling but it isnt.

There is absolutely nothing salvageable in that. The rear axle almost made it to the front seat.

Was she going 45 MPH or 145 MPH?
