there's an allen screw on the snout end by the blower case you can't miss it.
there's alot of ways to suck out the oil i'm sure someone will chime in.
i use a syrine and a plastic hose on the end. some said they use soap bottle with pump nozzle and pump out the fluid.

I forgot to mention I'm pretty familiar with the drivetrain in this car minus the supercharger because my ex-wife and I bought a new 98 Grand Prix GT years ago which had the 3800 in it. That was a fun car with a lot of power. I don't recall any intake gasket leaks but it did have a leaking oil pan gasket which finally had to be resolved with a new oil pan. She finally got rid of the car within the last year with over 200,000 miles on it. It was starting to have some issues with the tranny and I think it would die occasionally. It still ran good though. We did have some issues with window regulators and door panels falling apart.

I just missed out on buying a 2000 Grand Prix GTP with only 77,000 miles and fully loaded for $6,900 at a local dealer. I think it was a one owner car. I probably would have bought it if I would have seen it in time.

That reminds me, are power window regulators a problem on the Monte Carlo's? Does this car have an external fuel filter? Thanks again.

Thanks for the info. I thought that allen head screw might be the fill hole. I'll check out tire prices at tirerack. I bought tires from them years ago for our Grand Prix we had. Thanks again.

yes you unscrew the allen and suck out the fluid from there and put the oil in that same hole.

i think you'll love the car! my friend at work has an Intimidator and with my car parked beside it, his looks so much nicer! i wish i would have bought an Intimidator or JR car?? another thing you have to remember is with the supercharger you need to run premium fuel in it, at all times, and if i'm not mistaken you also have to run the recommended tires for it?? i think z rated, maybe someone here can clarify that about the tires!!

ad far as premium fuel go yes you want to use it, but if you are out in the boonies and theres no premium fuel is sold yes you can use lower octane, but just fill it back up with premium when you find gas station that sell premiun. if you are to drag race or tune the car you might want to go with priumiun gas like 93 or higher octane gas. just cruising or get to your designation you can get away with lower octane gas. i was in branson, missouri and they only sell 89 unlead gas and that's all i was using for a week cruising around and no knock.

i'm running 255/45/18 my speedo is off little bit. the worst can happen is the tire pressure monitor light will turn on, but you can always turn it off. if you decide to go with 18" rims 245/45/18 will be the closest to stock size.

I forgot to ask her if she always used Premium in it. It has some Pirelli tires on it now but I don't know the rating of them. Is there a recommended change intervel on the fuel filter? I know on our Grand Prix it was only recommended to change it when there was a problem related to it. Thanks again.

Hey Silverbullit,
I only live about 40 miles from Branson, MO. Most gas stations around her sell Premium.
