Our PCM controls the transmission, we don't have a separate TCM.
The DRL module is located under the fuses in the panel on the driver's side (I believe)
man, it's so hard to help someone when my car is undercover 3 hours away

For the records Ill repost here What i put in the Daily blog
Edit: I see you have seen that diagram before. But my bet is the splice pack. But check the grounds too. should be pretty obvious.
Soaxin, My best bet from what you said and your problems is the splice pack in this wiring diagram
It requires more investigating but heres a link to the diagrams.

You have to make an acount to navigate them more but its VERY helpful.
also this buddy
Locate the EBCM/EBTCM under the instrument panel, to the left of the steering column.
Release the EBCM/EBTCM from its bracket using the pressure tabs.
Detach the electrical harness and remove the EBCM/EBTCM from the vehicle.
Installation is the reverse of the removal process. Verify that all electrical connections are secure.
hope it helps

Bcm
I have a 2000 MC SS and my dash no longer lights up brightly, I can't read my radio display (only when the key is on ACC only), the overhead display is dim, or sometime it does not turn on. If it does it takes a while and my night time lights stay on while driving in the day. I was told by the dealer that I needed a new BCM. I bought a BCM and when I had my personal mechanic change it out nothing happened. Also my HVAC doesn't work right away. It works when I see the overhead display flashses on. What else do I need to do fix this? Lastly I saw the "Service Traction System" pop up. It did that back in 2008 and I had the wire harness' changed. Does anyone think I should change them again and this time change the EBTCM? Thanks for your feedback in advance.
