MAN, you were NOT fooling around! Looks good so far.

I noticed you're not sure about what you are doing with the valve covers... If I might make a suggestion, late 4th gen F-Body 3800 aluminum vavle covers. Polish, clear coat and slam them on. I used a set on my Monte, and they look nice!

Below is a link showing how I handled the lack of the guides for the spark plug holder on the front:

I thought about going metal but I can get cermakrome on them and do the same, and they'll look better. But thanks for the suggestion.

Not sure how much it matters, but from the reading I've done on a Bonneville forum, the guys that are BIG into pushing the 3800 to it's limits claim that the aluminum valve covers are better for allowing heat to come off the engine (the plastic ones tend to hold heat in). They also claim (and I really did not notice this) that you tend to hear the valves a little more as the plastic helps deaden sounds.

Personally, I just them and slapped them on because I thought that looked awesome (I tend those polished aluminum looks).

Either way, just anxious to see more of this build

I wanted the aluminum VC because of the heat dissipation but with Cermakhrome on the inside and outside of the VC I can get the same effect. I just need to find an iodine primer that allows the coating to stick electrically to the composite. Don't get me wrong, the aluminum look is all that but with the cermakhrome coating I'll get the same results for cheaper.

No problem man. Just plugging in my 2 cents. Either way, it will be awesome to see your work when you can say "finished"!

Actually, I wanted to ask you if the VC's you got are from ZZP or an f-body 3800?
