Default 2000 pace car I am thinking of buying

I may go look at a 2000 pace car tomorrow that has 27k, a clean carfax and never driven in the winter. It is really clean. He want's 10k for it but I want to talk him down some.

I'm not sure I will buy it but any idea on what is a fair price?

Yeah I would want to be around that 7500 range too. It sounds like it was well cared for tho so I dont think they will come down that far. Good luck and keep us posted.

Nah not collecting them. I did like the pace car replica's and though it might be my daily driver after the lease is up on my current one...

My son has my 01 LS now and sold his 04 LS so I am down to one.

that car is worth ever penny of 10k lol just because it books at 7500 doenst mean its only worth 7500. my 01 booked at 10k when i bought it but i paid a little more than 10k for it right around 11 in fact. if i were you and he wont take anything less than 9k for it id buy it for 9k for sure. its only got 27k miles on it which is low for that car by a lot.

Paying anything over book value is just a waste of money imo, its 12 years old milage or not its not worth a whole lot

X2.. I'd say 7500-8000 would be a fair price for it

With my Pace Car it was a little over 6k with 56k miles.. just something to keep in mind, I know it's not a red one with the cooler interior but it's close
