5th Gen ('95-'99): 1996 Monte Carlo will not start

Happens to my 95 every once in a while. I always pull the fuse for the anti theft, wait a minute and then it restarts.

You probably need to either bypass the VATS or replace the ignition switch to resolve that issue, if that is in fact the problem.

Is it possible for a locksmith to deal with such ignition problems?
