No problem guys, and thanks everyone! I could have taken three times the pictures but the amount that I was involved with getting my car ready plus talking with people, etc... I was busy. I'm sure everyone there knows exactly what I'm talking about. Wayne, I seem to have missed your car so if anyone has some pics of his to post that'd be great. The new wheels looked very nice Wayne! Everyone's car looked great and it was nice to see everyone and spend a few days with you all!

Hope the rest of you had a nice drive back together. I would have liked to join you guys, but Amanda and I just wanted to get home so we took the short route on I-75 through Ohio. I actually passed two Ohio State Troopers and one County Sheriff without incident (with the tape on the headlights). Drove through some rain showers in central Ohio. Took me exactly 3 hours and 5 minutes to get home.

Next year's Nationals for 2014 will be in Decatur, Illinois.

Great pics Matt - like I said earlier I didn't have much time to take pics because I was working on my own car - hence winning the extra effort award. But I will post mine in another thread.

 

Thank you Mike and Amy! That's right, the Extra Effort Award was the other one you won, I couldn't for the life of me remember what that other one was. Congratulations on that as well! There was definitely a lot of effort by all; everyone's cars looked great!

Amy, do you know about how many miles are on that 'Best of Show' car? That thing is super clean. I was curious but didn't get around to asking.

 

I know they are the second owner and drove it to the York, PA Nats a couple of years ago, but I think it still has very low miles - it's a total trailer queen now.

 

I am really kind of pissed that all you guys were there and I only met David and Tad. I had posted on who all was going. Oh well, maybe next time. Nice pics.
