so my hood is almost ready for paint! but i figured i would share a few pics of it molded together

Now that ought to help get rid of the under hood heat. Looks like a real labor of love there. Going to be one up for sure, nice job...

Cool. I've been thinking of doing this, but I've heard that it will just crack. Apparently there is a bonding issue between steel and fiberglass, as the hood wants to flex some and cracks the body filler at the seem between fiberglass and steel. Hopefully that doesn't happen to you though

I am told the glue that we used it a metal to fiberglass fuser that will not crack at all. Its the fuser they use to repair vettes and other cars that mold glass to metal. We shall see lol.
