Depending on how deep the water was when it was in the flood, that could have more trouble trying to get it to run properly than it's worth.
And more important to me is, you can clean it as best you can, but there could be mould growing EVERYWHERE in places you can't get at. I wouldn't even want to sit on those seats. I would be wondering if there is mould growing inside the seat under the leather. A Haz-Mat on wheels sort of.

I hate to say it, but I think the best thing for that car is to use it for parts if it was under water.

 

Stay away from it! These cars are ALL computer! Going to be a lifetime of electrical demons in that car! That car's worth $2-3K TOPS! Water in the engine and tranny? Interior? JUNK!

 

I'll take the wheels if nobody else wants them.
