cause yours is supercharged and the one you saw with "monte carlo" badges is a regular ss non supercharged. the intimidator and jr are standard supercharged and the rest are optional

From a couple of 04s on Car Max web site. Notice how far back the SS is, Couldn't squeeze the Monte Carlo in that space. Do recall a Monte that I looked at before I bought mine that only had the SS, thought the PO removed the Monte Carlo. Honestly... I like the whole thing not just the SS, gonna remove the name take it all.
