Different states have different laws. If it's from a private seller though, there is no lemon law AFAIK

it could use another radio with a cassette,numbers are worn off and steering wheel radio controls are all wiped out...little noise in steering,do these have rack problems or it could be a tie rod..wheels are 65% corroded..
