Default 6th Gen Swapping

I have a 2003 Monte Carlo SS. I have a few questions about a few swaps I'm wanting to do to it. The first one is a cluster swap from the 2006 and up models. I really like the digital display but I'm noticing it only has 3 gauges compared to the 5-6 I have.

And then I've been seeing some MCs with these "ring" style tailights. At first I thought that they were from the newer models but then I found the pic below. Can those only be found on the intimidator models? And can these be swapped as well?

Thanks in advance for all your help.

I am not certain about the dash from the 06 to an 03, but if able to do it, you may have to have your pcm tuned, but again I am not 100% certain. I know when I had the dash in my car changed to the Jeff Gordon edition, the pcm had to be tuned by the dealer to get the mileage and everything.

The tail lights can be swapped easy enough for the ones you posted. here is a link to Car Id CARiD.com ? Auto Parts & Accessories | Car, Truck, SUV, Jeep has a bunch of different tail lights for sale for the 03, as well as look on ebay. They are usually around $300 and up, unless you can find a used set.
