I realized the other day I'm not sure if I have seen any other 2000-2005 Monte Carlo SS models with cloth seats other then mine. To the best of my knowledge, the ones in my Monte are factory original.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the cloth seats, I specifically wanted a Monte with cloth seats. But now I am wondering, how many people on MCF own an SS Monte with cloth seats?? How rare is this option is this in the pool of Monte enthusiasts??

Even though my focus is SS Montes, I set the poling question answers so all 2000-2005 Monte owners can play along

 

Well you know how mine went. But cloth was pretty common among the LS Montes. I've seen a couple SS models on Autotrader and Craigslist that did have cloth though.

Cloth in an SS is almost as rare as the tan leather.

 

The SS models came standard with leather seats. Unless the original owner ordered it with cloth.

 

My 02 SS had cloth seats

 

So far out of those who voted.... I am the only one with an SS and factory cloth seats.

 

ugh i have the tan leather and i SO do not like it, half way done changing it it black

 

I voted, but i don't own it anymore but as stated my 02 SS had cloth :p
