I curious who the second "no" vote for the SS is.

 

I am the second on to vote for the LTZ........
I like the SS but my LTZ is just as great in my book..... I think last year I made the correct choice and I would do it again....

 

I would want the power of the V-8 and the 2 toned ground effects

 

And um...I'm the 3rd, lol!! Granted the SS has great features and I'm sure the engine is powerful! **dying to test it though**
But I still have an eye for the LT. Has everything I want that the LS doesn't have it. And it's less money then the SS. And plus I think the SS has to have more maintenance. And then there is the gas, premium!

 

Still puzzled about the no's, but it must be the same people who bash Transformers.

 

I'm a no Solara! I drove an SS and it didn't impress me in the least. It is 0-60 6.0 seconds....the 3.9 does it in 6.6. Plus no premium fuel, no crappy fuel mileage, and no $5k premium over LTZ. Plus LTZ has more standard features that you pay xtra for on SS.

 

I do envy that member that posted a used 07 SS with 7k miles for under 20K.

 

Not me, not in the very least. And Carmax has them really cheap all the time but I still wouldn't buy one.

 

We have about 3 Carmax places around here. Do you think I could get $16-17K for my car in primo shape with 31K miles?

 

Nope you'd be lucky to pull $13k out of it.
