I do love the exhaust tone the 5.3 LS4 puts out. The MagnaFlow system makes it that much better.

Can't go wrong with a GM big block 454 either. That's one good sounding engine. I miss my Dad's 72 Monte: bored 454 ci, Hooker headers, 3" tubing with Flowmasters. That thing had a wicked exhaust tone. Sounded basically like this one...

Every Generation Monte can create it's own unique sounds depending on its engine/mod's/a type of system that has been installed... I've heard some great Monte sounds from the V-6's/V8's....Our MCF Membership has some diverse taste in their Monte's & in their choice of Tunes/Sounds from their Exhast Pipes & their Audio Speakers...

I do like Flowmaster's & Magnaflows with a set of headers & a miled cam'ed engine ...Look 4ward to hearing more..

I'd post the vid I took of Mary Jane before I pull out the 350 but I took it with my phone an the sound didn't come out right.She did have a really nice lope at idle with the cam I had.

 

My car is a completely stock SS/SC and I like the way it sounds. Also most video clips sound not too good in my opinion. A camera mic just cant capture the true sound of it.
