Oh boy, ... would I love to know just a teeny, tiny bit on how to begin to tinker & create something. I have FULL CS5, & use it to crop/resize ... Yes, I pi$$ money away like a "drunken sailor" sometimes ...

To outline something, or cut out something from one image to paste in another, or make one area another color, or mess with tint ... Or make headlights "glow", or similar effects, etc.

that should get you going, it's easy to be decent at photoshop, it takes some work and patience to get good at it
