Oh boy, ... would I love to know just a teeny, tiny bit on how to begin to tinker & create something. I have FULL CS5, & use it to crop/resize ... Yes, I pi$$ money away like a "drunken sailor" sometimes ...

@brendan127: No doubt in my mind I can grab onto it in mere minutes, but all these damn options, etc. look overwhelming ... & have no idea where to start.

To outline something, or cut out something from one image to paste in another, or make one area another color, or mess with tint ... Or make headlights "glow", or similar effects, etc.

Just put together my first signature. Took me a long time to figure out how to get it to show up though.. But now that i know how to do it, im gonna have some fun with it.
