As the Monte is my first and only car, I plan to keep it until it dies.

Words cannot even describe how much love went into my 03 SS. It was literally the only car @ the used car lot without a price and the only car with a red balloon hanging from the wiper blade. It was also parked infront of the trailer (where the office is), and it was sitting there for over a month with no potential buyer. As soon as I seen it I knew I had to have it. I've been through thick and thin with this car and have literally done everything within my mental strength and physical capabilities to fix what needed to be fixed and current have several bolt ons to the car with a **** load of intake/exhaust/suspension/brakes/body work done to it to turn it into a N/A beast. I have meticulously taken care of the car, replaced parts all on my own @ home and done every fluid flush myself within the 45K I have owned it. Without this car I probably wouldn't be working towards a career as an Automotive Service Technician. So ya, I don't plan on ever getting rid of my silver surfer. I hope to rebuild the motor and tranny soon with strengthened parts as well. Its so compelling to see that a lot of the Monte owners out there really enjoy and appreciate their cars .

I plan on keeping it in the family for as long as it holds up. Only way I'll get rid of it is if the cost to maintain it out ways the cost of a new vehicle.

I hope to keep the Monte and the truck, and trade the truck off for a newer one once it gets older. And hopefully pick up a newer GTO or a newer SS with the v8.
