I believe you can get them on GMpartsGiant.com right now. The only down side is they are like $150 each plus shipping. I found that GMpartsGiant is a little better on shipping than GMpartsDirect and I like the way they display parts. Below I found a VIN# from a 2002 Grand Prix 40th Anniversary and entered in in to their site.

Can't really tell if that would be the right ones or not. It would be #2 in the picture and on the parts list below. It says "Fin" but I would e-mail then to be sure you are not just getting the stock rails that are flat. Looks like to me that you can get one "Cherry" for $155.72 and you would have to get the other "Paint to match" one for $127.73.

 

Best bet would be on Clubgp and hope someone is selling them.
or salvage/junk yard.
