Well, I just bought the xentec 8000k kit off ebay. It was shipped today. I am excited to see how they look. Thanks for the info on the HIDs. will post pics after I install them.

I installed my 8000k HIDs. They are awesome. Here is some pics. One of them is before to show the difference.

Those look good. They have more of a green to them then mine do, after a few night miles they break in though.

im pulling my xentec kit out.and going with a better quality kit. a month
after i installed the xentec kit the lights dont work properly .driver side
headlight is the most problematic and im running the lights with a relay
harness. im very disappointed. did some checking xentec uses low
quality ballasts.

well, you do get what you pay for lol

I hear AC ballest are better than the commin DC ballest. Mines are slim AC and so far so good and i like to keep it that way

I've seen posted here that in order to "trick" the DRL's, you pop off the top dashboard to gain acces to the sensor to cover it with tape. Is it easy to re-install the top cover once it's been popped off? I've never messed with these interior bits before and I'm kinda nervous about popping stuff off.
