Just an fyi if you want to replace the map bulbs to match with an auto dim onstar mirror they have to be broken out. They have plastic tabs melted over so they cant be removed.... Why? thats damn good questions and it made me so mad trying to figure it out

i seen that write up but that not for the auto dimming mirror. the mirror i have and the mirror you have are completly different.

Are the lights in the mirror the same size as the lights by your feet and the light in the trunk?

yes sir they are...the dome light is the only different one

they pop right out, i broke one tab because i looked away and it bent, but i could fix it if i had to or wanted to, theyre fairly easy to get out
