Default White smoke...? Help please

So maybe in nov I changed all 8 spark plug boots and wires, and when it started to get cold I noticed kinda burning smell like burning oil, kinda ignored it at first cause I didn't think it was my car but then it happened more and more so I looked one day and saw smoke, I intiniallly thought the smoke came from my water pump, cause it's right next to the spark plugs, today however I noticed something different

I looked at it closer and it looks like smoke was coming from my spark plug boot, now I did use a lot of de electricity greese on the boots, no anti seize on the plugs cause I read they were bad for 7th gen engines. I did notice last time I changed my oil my under carriage was a bit more dirty than usual, I think that may be due to winter but I noticed some oil leaks spots on my engine, right above or basically kinda near the spark plugs, I will post a pic when I can. But never the less there's no problem with the car running but I don't wanna run into it. I read it may be my valve gasket, anyone care to comment?

Wild guess..... did you check your valve cover gaskets? Are the plugs torqued down enough?

I'm sure I torqued them tight enough and no I did not, how do you do that?

I hope I haven't ruined anything, I would assume this has to be fixed ASAP right? I just lost my job so I'm trying not to spend too much quick but uhm I know this is gonna be a scrub question but idk how to locate my valve cover bolts, the 5.3 has a lot of stuff on it lol

Can you take pics of what you have and post them?
Valve cover bolts are either on the edge of the valve covers or on top of them going down through the center. Unless there is a new way they install them these days. Someone please correct me if I am not giving the proper information.
Upon further browsing, I am only able to find center bolt mounting so that MAY be the only way they come on a 5.3L. So they should look similar to this:

Pic below the red dots are the valve cover center mount bolts

Step 1 remove your coil racks (front and back)

Step 2 There are four bolts on each valve cover right on top

remove the bolts. there is a slight grove in the bottom of the valve cover that the gasket fits into - At this point it would be a good Idea just to get new gaskets

Installation is just the steps in reverse

Below is a pic of my setup without the plastic engine cover.... note the Coil rack bolts - valve cover bolts are right underneath the coil rack (Pained red)

The plastic engine cover just snaps on and off

So if I'm just changing the front ones I only have to remove those cool packs in the front and any connections and then the four bolts under that, which tad in your pic is the small ones painted red. Then replace the gasket, unless I'm confused and I have to remove the read engine packs too, which might be a bit hard, esp cause I hated those spark plugs lol.
