Ok so I hav a 98 ls with the 3100 . I bought the car from a family member who bought it brand new an its been babied its whole life. Well I drive a lot , like a thousand miles a week. So gas millage is crusiol its only got 125,000 on the car an its bone stock it pulls decent power out of it to beat the civics with the fart cans hangin off the back but I'm wantin some opinions on on stuff I can do to add some hp but not kill my mpg , the kinda stuff I can add or do on my weekends.

 

Not much to do with the 3100 engine. It was designed to be a gas-sipper model.

 

Well an I knew that when I bought it I was thinkin mayb some dual exhast an cold air intake for starts I'm just wantin to do some little stuff just to sharpen the edge a bit

 

Dual exhaust is going to only be for looks, zero performance.

CAI will have to be custom done, and it can be difficult with the battery in the way.

 

Find a stock dual exhaust from a Z34 and make yourself a fender well intake and leave it at that. Wont gain you much power but will be pretty simple mods.
