So definitely your next things you should do are get the PLOG, ER Ratio Rockers, HV3, and really really look for finding someone who can give you a custom tune.

Ask them specifically if they tune all engines, or if they specialize and if they work extensively in the 3800 platform...

You are going to want someone VERY familiar with these engines.

I've heard more than one horror story of people going to a "performance shop" for a tune and having some pretty major issues.

There is a thread on here from about a month or two ago that details some of the issues. Look around for it.

What area are you located in?

I am from merced, cali. central cali. I dont know if you are familiar with that, most people around here drive riced up hondas/acuras/Mitsubishi's. I havent called them yet but I'm going to give the place a ring tomorrow forsure and ask them prices and the type of cars they specialize in. I just hope they have tuned a few 3800 motors before and not just imports.

I would definitely look up your area on clubgp.com or regalgs.org and ask around to see what experience people in your area have had with local shops, and see if you have any particular tuning gurus in that area.
