Unhappy is it the transmission?

I have a question about problems with the transmission on my 03 monte carlo. Does this sound like a trans problem, when iam driving and come to a complete stop like at a stop sign, red light etc. And i push down on the gas it feels like jumps forward. I just replace the motor mounts, before that it would feel alot stronger the jumping forward. It only does it when i go after a complete stop. If i push slowly on the gas it wont do it. Can any one help me by answering my question thanks. Also i replace the trAns on my 01 monte carlo but it dont feel the way it did when the trans was going out in my 01 so i hope its not the trans on my 03

As you probably know the transmissions in our cars aren't know for awesome reliability, that being said do you have any CEL's?

If your car has a tachometer and that isn't doing anything crazy when it does it i would imagine it is in fact the transmission, drop the pan and change the filter if it hasn't been done in the last 30,000 maybe that'll clear it up.

Check your plugs/wires, sometimes if the plugs get old they can misfire cause a lurching at stops.
