first off what bracket are you talking about the one on the tranny or the one inside on the floor under the shifter?

if it is the one on the tranny you can get one off of another year most times and it will work or only need to be modifyed slightly to make it work right .
the one in side on the floor would be the same thing.

also you can try soem of the after market places that work with the older montes as they are finally reliseing that were here to stay even if the car isint LOL

So they are getting some of the parts repoped.

yeah your talking the one that fits on the pan lip and bolts in to hold the cabel out of the way of the moving parts.

those were pretty much universal from GM so if it has a floor shift with the right tranny in it it shoudl work for yours.

or just find a catolog that has old chevel or elcamino parts in it and order one they are the same for those and the body style you have. you can use all the way up to the next body change for yours and even below the year of your car for one. so you have aloto of chocies for it.

Good luck
