I have been up to 121ish (just glanced at the dash), and the car was still pulling

 

You can get the Hypertech on Ebay for cheaper these days, but I would go with a full programmer so you can add power to it as well.

 

I've been to 135, and still pulling. My speed limiter from the factory WAS 125. I bought a PCM from ZZPerformance for $90 installed.

 

DAMN MY STOCK 80MPH SPEEDO!!! I have no idea how fast i have gone or can go, i just know i broke my speedometer trying to find out...

now that i think about it guys, i do that know that i was racing a scion TC with turbo and boost and everything else, he had his car running 10s, so i knew off the bat i would lose in a 1/4 mile race, but the stretch we race on is on the bypass and runs for exactly one mile, and his governor kicks in at 135, and i held my monte in 2nd gear and caught him and went flying past him... so i know ive done at least 145 ish in 2nd gear, never raced a race where i have needed 3rd gear yet... so ya...

Yeah, hard to imagine a 10 second tC.

 

guy is a buddy of mine and hes in the military has like 15-20 grand under the hood

 

What's crazy is that he runs 10's but never took the Top Speed limit out unless he is doing it for safety.
