Go on Club GP, and search for "top swap".
You need pretty much the whole top end from a 3800 Series II SC. Supercharger, TB, LIM, fuel rails, vaccum lines, idler and tensioner pulleys, L67 balancer to run the SC, PCM flash...You'll need fluids like coolant and oil.
It's LOTS of work... and will cost you close to $1000. It's probably easier to do a L67 swap by picking up a used low mileage L67 block from a GTP, SC monte, or SC Impala, and just swapping, and then getting your PCM done. You'll also need the wiring harness from the L67.
Shoulda bought an '04 SC. :-)
Where did you pickup the '97 Bonnie SC from, and for how much?

Talk to Tim at ZZPerformance.com, as they can fix you right up. The good thing about putting a s/c on your n/a 3.8 is you have a higher compression ratio, and this conversion will give you more power than a stock L-67. Should be easy to get 300+hp from that conversion, with a CAI, u-bend delete, cold plugs, 180 t'stat, and a 3.4" pulley. Try to afford the front power log manifold, and a 3.3" pulley for even more hp. Talk to Tim.
